Shipping & Returns

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within Ghana.

Express delivery: 1–2 business days within Ghana.

Overnight delivery: Next business day within Accra or Takoradi.

International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and can view it on your order details page.

Return window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.

Digital products: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

How to return: Contact support or use the "Cancel order" option on your order page if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
